To The People That Swoop Into Our Lives When We Need Someone Even If It's For A Night,..or Hours

What Happened to peter? (Hart Of Dixie spoiler alert!)
What do you think of peter?eeeh, need I say more?
I am as curious as Lemon on whether she imagined peter in season 3 of Hart of Dixie.
Okay, let’s relieve the moment. This is when Lemon had no ticket to go to a ball that had so many eligible bachelors and her sisters from the bells had denied her one. So, decisive Lemon calls her grandmother who is a pain in the ass but gets things done. The devilish grandmother hooks her up with a rich snob. Her nightmare begins immediately they meet and before they even leave the house (p.s Lemon looks lovely in that dress).

The Pompous idiot calls her a “thoroughbred” “I consider horses more evolved than most people, oooh that was a compliment” what?! Who says that? Lemon is offended but tries to let it go. She needs to go to the ball! (In her shoes, I would let that statement go.)

Check out the little balls of foam on the corner of his mouth when he talks about his plane. Yuck!
It’s a bad day for Lemon since pompous won’t shut up about his airplane. “The very best thing about owning your own plane…owning your own plane!” and it goes on and on throughout the night.
The “insufferable tool”, who “comes from a long and distinguished line of insufferable tools,” according to grandma, ruins the night for Lemon.  Until, Peter waltz in.

He finds Lemon by the bar and greets her. They realize they have met before at the Rammer Jammer.  (Let me refresh your memory. Peter ran into a very angry Lemon coming of the Rammer Jammer and he kindly asks for a mechanic. Lemon goes off with insults that won’t end “Do I look like triple A?" and storms out.

Lemon and Peter at the Rammer Jammer
Lemon apologizes to Peter and just as they are about to hit it off, the insufferable tool shouts her name loudly. This is where my love for Peter tripples. He comes up with a plan to shut the pompous ass down and it works great.  Pheeeeuks! Peter Is an evening saver. They sneak out the back and Lemon finds herself spilling everything about her life to Peter. Remember, HE IS A TOTAL STRANGER! but sometime, a gal's gotta exhale.

Lemon had a magical time with peter
Imagine that kind of connection. A total stranger you tell everything about your fucked up social life or life in general (even things you wouldn’t tell your best friend(read Anabeth)). He makes her evening a bliss!
He takes her to a great hotel. They talk, hold hands and all the while Lemon is beaming. They have a good time and Lemon exhales. She even forgets the insufferable tool.  She had a wonderful night!

Have you ever found that kind of person? A person who changes your life in a bit, changes your fortunes even for one night… or hours. Makes memories you cannot forget. Memories that are so good you doubt they are real, furthermore no one else saw you with “peter”. No one remember him! But you’ve got the memories and you would do anything to prove they are real or to rehash those moments. We all need that sometime in life, ..a moment to exhale! and if it presents itself as a handsome guy, why not?

Sometimes we meet someone in life who is there for us in a moment of time when we really need someone. But some moments in time ..are just meant to be that, just a fading memory for us to cling to,” Lemon Breeland.

By the way, no more spoilers but does Peter reappear in the episodes that follow?
It's a great series if you haven't watched it yet!

The Helping Dilemma

image originally from http://www.buzzle.com I always stumble upon this mentally ill guy as I get out of our estate. I am going to call him Jack. As I rush back home from work, I am sure to meet him somewhere having conversations with himself. Sometimes I wonder, as I turn off the lights and get into my warm bed, where does jack sleep and is it consistent? As I wash my clothes during the weekend, does Jack have clothes to change into? As I get into that shower after a long day at work, does Jack even have water to drink? As I enjoy that expensive meal at a Porsche hotel, does Jack have anything to eat? When I go out to meet my friends on a Friday night, does Jack have family let alone friends?  My conscience is always fighting. On one part it wants me to buy Jack some food or a cup of tea, to bring him some clothes and shoes to wear, to get him into lodging and let him get a shower, the list is endless. The other one wonders whether Jack will accept the kindness in g

To Believe or Not? Friend or Frenemy?

Should you trust your friend when they tell you your girlfriend or boyfriend is a fake? Should you consider it jealousy or do you go ahead and believe them? How do you handle the situation? James always kept an eye on his wife’s phone ever since his friend Timothy, told him he had spotted her in a compromising situation. He couldn’t divulge the details in case he was wrong but James was hell bent on finding the truth. He found nothing for the first two weeks and decided it was a bluff. He decided to surprise her and apologize for being such a dick the past two weeks. He got some beautiful flowers, got out of work some minutes before lunch and got to her workplace. He sat at a cafe just opposite their offices and called her up. Susan, his wife claimed to be so busy she couldn’t head out for lunch. A disappointed James got into his car and was about to head out of the parking lot when he spotted Susan get into a car right outside the office.  Out of curiosity, he follo

Appreciating Life

The real tragedy in life is not loosing your job, your fiancee or money. No,the real tragedy is not appreciating life itself. Being grateful that you are alive and kicking. That both your arms and legs are working and though you have no ability to throw the Javelin like Julius Yego, you still have the use of your hands. Though you can not run as fast as Kipchoge, you can walk to work if Kenya turned to Uganda. That you can appreciate both the rising and going down of the sun. That you not only can tell what color is green you can see it. The ability to enjoy full health except for the frequent cold bouts that come and go. The ability to have a place to sleep. The ability to swing or drag yourself out of bed every morning without any pain. And even though you have no closet full of new clothes and shoes at least you do not walk in tatters. Though you have no figure 8 like size 8, you have no deformities on any part of your body. We forget to thank God for all this blessings He has g
