An Year Older But Is There anything to Celebrate?

Thank you Lord for all you have been to me. Having a birthday is nostalgic! Happy one minute, angry the other and scared. I experienced all that on my birthday, don't know whether any one else does. So now that am an year older, do I have anything to celebrate? I wish our dates of birth were irrelevant. Like I didn't know what year I was born. At least I wouldn't be fretting on what I have achieved or not achieved so far, I wouldn't be pondering on how many kids to have and so many other things. In fact, the future would not seem so scary! I would be busy enjoying and not worrying. I wouldn't know am growing old till the first streaks of grey hair start showing. And even then, it wouldn't matter because "hell it's just one hair and Petronilla my friend has half her head white!" I m scared of old age! Don't know anyone who isn't?
