We know we should not trust the fairy tales and that the slipper may not always fit. But we hold onto the hope that somewhere out there, is that one person who can complete our lives. It's not like they are empty, but hey, who doesn't want a happy ending. A happy family with kids and if possible, a picket fence. And so we go around kissing as many frogs as we can (pun intended). She stood at the corner of the street watching him. He was engrossed to his phone, oblivious of the girl watching him. She watched from a distance as he crossed the street.   She watched because it didn't matter she was late for work herself. She felt a strong urge to cry and tears welled in her eyes.
